Proposal Submission Guidelines
The inclusion of a training programme in the activities of the Centre requires the submission of a relevant proposal/application and its approval by the Board.
Proposals for the design and implementation of training programmes may be submitted by Principal Investigators, as defined under the applicable provisions, who have the responsibilities set out in the Funding Guide of the Special Account for Research Funds (ELKE) of the University of Piraeus.
The proposal/application for approval follows a specific structure and is submitted either electronically through the dedicated form or by sending the relevant documents to the email address kedivim@unipi.gr
To submit a training programme proposal to KEDIVIM of the University of Piraeus, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Download the Training Programme Proposal Form
Step 2: Download the Study Guide
Step 3: Download the Estimated Programme Budget
Step 4: Download the Request for Acceptance of Project/Programme Management
Step 5: Download the Template for the Programme Feasibility and Sustainability Study
Step 6: Complete all of the above documents
Step 7: Send them to kedivim@unipi.gr together with any supporting files (e.g. the feasibility and sustainability study of the proposed programme, CVs of the teaching staff (excluding faculty members and those registered in the Trainers’ Register), a cooperation agreement in the case of cooperation with third parties, etc.). Alternatively, you can submit your application electronically here.
Following the decision of the KEDIVIM Board, the proposal is forwarded by the Secretariat of the Centre to the Governing Board of the University of Piraeus, the Senate of the Institution and the Research Committee for acceptance of the management of the programme.
Once approved by the KEDIVIM Board, training programmes are communicated to the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs, published on Diavgeia, and notified to the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education.
