Transactions on the Blockchain

Introduction

The Course “Transactions on the Blockchain” provides an in-depth exploration of how transactions are executed, validated and recorded on blockchain networks. The aim of the Course is to familiarise participants with the technical mechanisms and protocols that enable secure, transparent and decentralised transaction processing on various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum (public) and the Xenios private blockchain. The Course covers key concepts relating to cryptographic security, consensus mechanisms and transaction structures.

Upon successful completion of the course, the following are pursued:

  • Understanding how digital currencies work
  • Understanding how digital ownership titles work
  • Ability to create a digital wallet
  • Ability to carry out transactions with digital wallets
  • An application in which the objective will be to create a security on the blockchain and exchange it for a currency from one digital wallet to another
