Patient Management and Client Base Organisation
Introduction
“Patient Management and Client Base Organisation” are vital aspects of the healthcare sector and of client services. Effective patient management involves meaningful communication, understanding patients’ needs, providing the appropriate services and building a relationship of trust. In addition, organising the client base allows clients to be managed systematically and efficiently, including the storage of information, data analysis and the development of service strategies.
CRM systems have proven to be a fairly cost-effective application that organises the operation of a business efficiently and provides a strong competitive advantage. On completing the Course in “PATIENT MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT BASE ORGANISATION”, participants will be able, either as professionals, to manage information in their workplace (company, organisation, hospital, medical practice, pharmacy, etc.), or, as ordinary users, to search for, manage and evaluate the information available in databases and on the internet.
The ultimate aim of the Course is to train participants through asynchronous learning and to improve the quality of health unit management using modern tools and practices. More specifically, the Course aims both to improve the participant’s position in the labour market and to disseminate scientific knowledge in practice, giving participants the opportunity to study in depth issues relating to patient management in a systematic, effective and scientifically sound way, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of the health system.
