Supply Chain Management (Logistics Management)
Introduction
The training Course “Supply Chain Management” consists of three self-contained units, each lasting 2.5–3 months. Research carried out in private-sector companies has shown that what they lack is not senior executives but middle managers who are properly informed about warehouse management. The Course covers the entire spectrum of Logistics, so that the executives attending it can form a clear picture of the subject and better understand the role of the Logistics Department in the modern business. It examines the design, methodology, tools and techniques for the correct selection of equipment and for the planning, operation and monitoring of a warehouse.
